Limited warranty terms and conditions for all Battery Repair Experts services
You must have fault codes scanned before requesting a warranty service appointment. If our technician arrives and there are no fault codes for the hybrid battery, a $450 service call fee will be charged. Please scan your vehicle before scheduling.
For Non-Fleet / Personal Vehicles
Battery Repair Experts warrants that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for the period specified for your battery from the date of purchase, except as noted.
This warranty does not apply to fleet vehicles and becomes null and void if damage is caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, or accident
- Attachment of any unauthorized accessory
- Alteration to the product
- Improper installation
- Exposure to harsh weather and/or chemicals
- Lack of proper maintenance
- Product opened or any sticker tampered with, broken, or missing
- Any other condition beyond the control of Battery Repair Experts
Coverage area: Warranty service is only available within 200 miles of the original service address. This warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser.
For Fleet / Commercial Vehicles
Battery Repair Experts warrants that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase, except as noted.
This warranty does not apply to non-fleet vehicles. The same void conditions listed above apply. This warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser.
Limitation of Liability & Waiver
IN ALL CASES, BATTERY REPAIR EXPERTS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPE OF INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE EXCLUDED.
By accepting this product, you hereby waive and release any claim now or hereafter existing against Battery Repair Experts, its employees, officers, directors, agents and customers, on account of any and all claims, demands, suits, causes of action and all legal proceedings, whether civil or criminal, damages, losses, liabilities (including, but not limited to, strict liability in tort), obligations, penalties, judgments or fines and other sanctions, and any costs and expenses in connection therewith, including legal fees and expenses of whatever kind and nature, which may result from or arise out of injury to or death or loss or damage to property or the loss of use of any property which may result from or arise out of the possession, condition, use or operation of this product.
Warranty Service Requirements
You must have fault codes scanned in order to request a warranty service appointment. If you do not have the fault codes we cannot schedule warranty service.
If our technician shows up for a warranty service appointment and there are no fault codes for the hybrid battery, you will be charged a $450 service call fee. Please make sure your car is scanned before scheduling.
Once you fill out the required form, a representative will contact you to schedule your warranty service appointment.
All refund requests are subject to a 50% restocking and travel fee plus any pro-rated fee deductions.
