Everything you need to know about our hybrid battery repair service
Purchasing a new battery from the dealer is a good option if you don't mind spending $3K–$6K and having the vehicle towed to them. New batteries only come with a 12-month warranty. Battery Repair Experts comes to you for about 1/3rd the cost and we offer you the option of up to a 5-year warranty.
We only use modules that have gone through our “State of the Art” system that revitalizes them up to 90% capacity level of when your vehicle's battery was brand new. This is a very expensive and precise process that gives you the assurance your vehicle is in tip-top shape when we hand you your keys. The “other guys” are simply putting a “band-aid” on your issue by using used modules. We also use upgraded Bus Bars that have been nickel plated so they don't corrode in the future. The other guys don't spend the money to do this.
There is a reason most qualified auto mechanics do not work on hybrid batteries — these batteries contain very high voltage and could result in significant injury or death. We strongly discourage anyone who is not a trained professional from attempting this.
