These terms govern your use of batteryrepairexperts.com and any order you place through it. By placing an order you agree to them. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Battery Repair Experts” mean Battery Repair Experts, 8135 N Orange Blossom Trl, Orlando, FL 32810.
1. What we sell
We sell reconditioned hybrid battery packs for specific vehicle applications, with mobile installation included in the price. Prices shown are in U.S. dollars, are for the pack installed, and do not include applicable state and local sales tax, which is added where required.
2. Placing an order
An order placed on this site is a request for service. It becomes a confirmed appointment once we contact you, verify that the pack matches your vehicle, and agree a date and time. If the pack you selected does not match your vehicle we will tell you before any work begins, and you may switch to the correct pack or cancel for a full refund.
3. Vehicle information you provide
You are responsible for giving us accurate year, make, model and trim information. If our technician arrives and the vehicle does not match what was ordered, we will do our best to complete the job with the correct pack; if that is not possible on the day we will reschedule at no charge.
4. Access and safety
You agree to provide a safe, legal and reasonably level place for the technician to work. We may decline or postpone work at a location that is unsafe, obstructed, or where we do not have permission to work, and will reschedule without penalty.
5. Pre-existing vehicle condition
We are responsible for the pack we install and the work we perform. We are not responsible for unrelated pre-existing faults in your vehicle, or for faults that become apparent after the hybrid system is restored to normal operation.
6. Payment
At checkout you may either reserve your appointment with a $99 deposit and pay the balance to the technician on installation day, or pay the full installed price online. The deposit is credited against the total and is fully refundable until work begins. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Financing through AfterPay and EasyPay is offered by those providers, subject to their approval and their terms; approval is not guaranteed and advertised rates require qualifying credit.

8. Warranty
See our Warranty page, which forms part of these terms. Except as stated there, we make no other warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost wages, rental car costs or missed appointments.
10. Pricing and content
We work to keep prices and vehicle fitment accurate. If an obvious error appears, we will contact you before charging you and you may cancel for a full refund.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
