What is covered
Every module in the pack we installed, the pack housing and wiring we supplied, and the hybrid battery ECU. If any of it fails during the coverage period we repair or replace it at no charge to you, and we come to you to do it – there is no labor bill and no trip charge on a warranty claim.
This is deliberately broader than a dealership warranty, which typically covers one year or 12,000 miles, and broader than shops that replace a single cell and warrant only that cell.
What is not covered
- Damage from a collision, flood, fire, rodent damage or other external causes.
- Failures caused by an unrelated fault in the vehicle – for example a failed inverter, a bad 12V battery, a cooling fan blocked by debris, or a charging system fault – where the hybrid pack itself is sound.
- Work performed on the pack by anyone other than Battery Repair Experts.
- Vehicles used in commercial ride-share or fleet service, unless agreed in writing before installation.
Making a claim
- Call or text 844-227-9679, or use the Warranty Request tab on our home page.
- Have your name, vehicle and approximate installation date ready. We keep the records – you do not need to produce a receipt.
- We schedule a mobile diagnostic visit, usually within 24 to 72 hours.
- If the pack is at fault, we repair or replace it on the spot at no cost.
Transferability
Coverage stays with the vehicle. If you sell the car, the remaining warranty transfers to the new owner at no cost – just let us know so we can update the record.
