Every order on this site includes free mobile installation. A Level 5 EV-certified technician brings the hybrid battery pack to your home, office or roadside and installs it on site. There is no shipping charge, no trip charge, no fuel surcharge and no mobile service fee anywhere in our service area.

- South Carolina – Columbia, Charleston, Greenville, Myrtle Beach

Scheduling your installation
You can reserve your slot with a $99 deposit at checkout or pay in full – either one books the appointment. After you place an order we contact you within one business day to confirm your vehicle year, model and symptoms, and to book a time. Most installations are scheduled within 24 to 72 hours. Appointments run 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM Eastern, seven days a week, including weekends.
How long the appointment takes
Most hybrid battery replacements are completed in two to three hours at your location. That includes the diagnostic scan, pack replacement, clearing fault codes and a road test. You do not need to leave the vehicle anywhere or arrange a ride.
What you need to have ready
- A safe, reasonably level place to park – a driveway, garage, parking lot or street space.
- The vehicle keys and roughly three hours where the car will not be needed.
- Nothing else. We bring the pack, the tools and the equipment.
